Hear Me on the Sample Chapter Podcast

Greetings, friends! It’s an exciting time around here. Believe it or not, for the first time in seven years I “won” NaNoWriMo. It was a bit anticlimactic, to be honest, but hey. I made lots of words. And it was great fun. I wrote a fair share of it out by hand, so I used that as an excuse to get more fountain pens. Sorry not sorry.

Then, through the wonder of Twitter, I was invited to the Sample Chapter podcast, which was super exciting because OF COURSE I jumped at the chance to read from my stuff.

I had such a fun time. It’s always great when you talk to someone for the first time and they’re not only versed in your work, but we also immediately started talking about my favorite movies (hello Young Guns). We even got to talk about mental health advocacy.
